
2026 Cane Toad Rally | Terms & Conditions
1. Participation & Entry
By completing this registration, the entrant (the "Participant") agrees to abide by all event rules, local laws, and instructions given by event officials.
All drivers must hold a current, valid driver’s license appropriate for their vehicle class.
Vehicles must be roadworthy, and hold valid registration and third-party insurance.
2. Assumption of Risk
The Participant acknowledges that motor rallies involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: mechanical failure, varying road/track conditions, and environmental hazards.
Participation is entirely at the Participant’s own risk. The organisers of the 2026 Cane Toad Rally, including The BMW Motorcycle Club of Queensland Inc, volunteers, and sponsors, are not liable for any personal injury, death, or damage to personal property.
3. Conduct & Safety
A Zero Tolerance policy applies to dangerous driving, hooning, or operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
Participants must follow the rules of the venue where the rally is to be held and give due consideration to environmental protection guidelines (e.g., "Leave No Trace" camping).
4. Media & Promotion
The Participant grants the 2026 Cane Toad Rally the right to use any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes without compensation.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Registrations are non-transferable unless approved by the event committee.
Refund requests made 30 days prior to the event may be subject to an administration fee. No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or disqualification due to misconduct.
6. Emergency Consent
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, the Participant authorizes event officials to arrange medical transport or treatment at the Participant’s expense if they are unable to do so themselves.
